Quick-opening Structure

Door seal ring made of high-temperature fluororubber for airtightness.
Internal insulation and hot air circulation system

Sleeve sealed electric heating element

Unique cooler water drainage structure
Unique U-shaped structure.
U-shaped bent end can freely expand and contract, avoiding water drainage weld cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Heating System
A special high-temperature static-seal pressure-resistant water-cooled motor is adopted.
Mounted at the tail of the autoclave body, the motor enables rapid temperature rise.
Rail System
Equipped with a transfer trolley and loading trolley for glass transportation.
The transfer trolley is made of section steel+universal wheels, loading trolley is made of section steel.
