Applications: Mainly used for the thermal curing of composite products in aerospace, wind turbine blades, automotive parts, sports equipment and other fields. It is especially suitable for the curing of carbon fiber composites, FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) products, prepregs and other materials, and can process various composite plates, pipes and structural parts.

Introduction

The SINOMAC Composite Curing Oven is a heat treatment equipment specially developed for the composite industry. Adopting an advanced hot air circulation system and high-precision temperature control technology, it ensures that the temperature uniformity inside the oven can reach ±2℃. Equipped with an intelligent control system, it can realize multi-stage programmed heating and heat preservation to meet the process requirements of different composite materials. The furnace body is made of high-quality thermal insulation materials, with high thermal energy utilization rate and low operating cost. Featuring excellent temperature uniformity, high temperature control accuracy, easy operation, energy saving and environmental protection, this series is an ideal equipment for the curing of composite products.

  • Rail System

    Equipped with a transfer trolley and loading trolley for convenient transportation.

    The transfer trolley is made of section steel+universal wheels, the loading trolley is made of section steel.

  • Compound Internal Insulation & Hot Air Circulation System

    Aluminum silicate internal insulation is used to reduce heat loss.

    Air ducts are arranged on both sides and top of the oven; hot air is drawn back by the top fan and blown to both sides.

  • Heating Elements

    Heating elements are distributed in the air ducts on both sides of the oven; hot air circulates from top to bottom.

    The on-off control of heating elements is regulated by a silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR), achieving 0-100% proportional output.

  • Vacuum System and Temperature Monitoring

    Each vacuum port can be controlled independently, with separate suction and testing functions.

    K-type thermocouples are used to realize real-time monitoring of the internal oven and product temperature.
